We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dual site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Salons in Barking & Dagenham.

You will be responsible for managing the sales, administrative, and team management aspects of the Salons, as well as carrying out beauty treatments.

This is a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the salons and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Be competent in beauty services and carry out treatments to a high standard.

MUST

be able to do threading!
- Manage all aspects of sales, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth
- Provide leadership and guidance to the salon team, ensuring they are motivated and working efficiently
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Skills:

- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management, including supervising and training staff members
- Retail management experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
