Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for an dual-site practice manager to lead two of our highly reputable practices in Swanley & Bow, Dental Beauty Partners.
Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group located across South East England. We offer a wide range of high quality dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. As we are rapidly expanding, with a number of practices in acquisition, we are looking to bring on board talented, passionate and dedicated practice managers to join the group.
Managers operate in a highly varied position, and are offered lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading the practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office departments and operational team from day one in the role.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practices - putting patient safety at the forefront of everything that we do
Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and our mission statement
Providing support and direction to the practice teams to enhance performance, skills & knowledge
Plan & driving income targets for the practice - a commercial focus is key for the role and leading on your practice profit&loss accounts is essential
Monitoring KPIs & support clinicians to achieve Private and NHS targets
Dealing promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance management

GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa 500 per year

About you:
Prior management experience is essential for the role, ideally in Dentistry, but we are open to considering candidates from other backgrounds such as medical, optics, retail & hospitality
Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their managerial career
Commercial prowess is essential for this position; the successful candidate be comfortable with driving performance & managing P&L practice performance
Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
Dentally software experience is desirable - but full training can be provided failing this
Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC
DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
