About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and reliable Ground Worker to join our dynamic team and contribute to a range of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in groundwork duties such as drainage installation, kerbing, paving, and concreting, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
Perform excavation and ground preparation tasks
Lay foundations, drainage, kerbs, paving slabs, and concrete
Assist with site clearance and leveling
Operate small tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Follow site health and safety regulations at all times
Work collaboratively with other trades and site managers
Requirements
Previous experience in groundworks or construction
CSCS Card (required)
Ability to read site drawings and follow instructions
Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual labour
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
