DUTY MANAGER - THE BOTANIST GAS STREET BASIN
Salary 35k-37k (OTE)
(Salary 32k+ as basic, depending on experience, plus 3k TRONC annually)

What You'll Do
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in both our Bar and Restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations in the Bar & Restaurant
• Driving guest satisfaction and team performance
• Leading and developing team members, including Team Coaches and Head Bartenders/Servers
• Managing rotas, stock control, ordering, and sales performance
• Delivering training and appraisals to nurture future leaders
• Supporting other departments with an open mind to further your career progression

• Proven leadership in a high-volume hospitality setting
• Strong operational knowledge of bar and restaurant service
• A hands-on, inspiring leader who builds strong teams
