We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, dedicated and talented team as a Duty Manager. As a Duty Manager you will be assisting in the day-to-day running of the hotel at the front line of hotel operations, providing daily support to the operations team, responsible for a given area of involvement.
You will be responsible for running a duty manager shift on a daily basis with a hands-on management style, being highly visible in front of house areas when on shift. You will have an emphasis on our guests and the team and will be able to make the right decision in what can be a fast paced and often challenging environment.
Required Skills:
A keen eye for detail and a drive to raise standards.
Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader with a very hands on management style.
Outstanding customer service skills and the capability to calmly handle & resolve customer issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management.
Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & possess the drive to constantly deliver first class customer service.
Management experience is essential.
To be considered for this position, you will be required to pass a drug test and have a UK passport/EU settlement number/UK work visa or a full UK birth certificate.
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
