Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth service Supervise staff and provide excellent customer experience Manage bookings, events, and health & safety compliance Handle cash, stock, and supplier relations

Experience in hospitality or events management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work evenings and weekends Knowledge of health & safety standards
2. Chef

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve high-quality food for our events and regular menu Plan menus, manage kitchen stock, and maintain hygiene standards Collaborate with the team for special events and themed nights

Requirements:



Previous experience as a chef or cook (preferably in a busy venue) Creative approach to menu planning Food hygiene certification (preferred) Ability to work flexible hours

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in food production and kitchen management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team, ensure food safety standards are upheld, and maintain the smooth running of our venue during designated shifts.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including serving, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Oversee food safety compliance and ensure all health regulations are strictly adhered to. Manage food production processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Lead team management efforts by motivating staff, organising schedules, and fostering a positive working environment. Assist with food preparation and cooking as required to support the team during busy periods. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee high levels of satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and organise replenishments to maintain efficient operations. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas at all times. Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills in hospitality, culinary tasks, and food safety.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to lead effectively under pressure. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry. Experience in restaurant operations, including serving customers and managing service flow. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management. Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and maintaining high service standards. Previous experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours as required for shift coverage within our operational hours. Pay: 24,420.00-42,175.11 per year
