Duties:

- Oversee daily operations to maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels

- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations for a safe dining experience

- Collaborate with culinary staff on expediting food orders and upholding high-quality standards

- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs effectively to enhance profitability

- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and efficiently managing payroll

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth

Experience:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is required

- Proficiency in food production, food preparation, team management, culinary skills, supervising, bartending, and leadership is essential

- Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams effectively

- Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to hotel operations and customer satisfaction
