Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team in Doncaster working 30 hours per week,

Sunday-09:00-18:00

Monday-09:00-18:00

Tuesday-13:00-19:00

Wednesday-13:00-19:00

30 hours, 15.25 per hour

CCTV License required

SIA Licence required

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, lead your team to ensure smooth running of the site.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of service.

Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment. resolve issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training new staff members on company policies and procedures. Assist with cover of holidays and sickness carry out probation and appraisals

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential
