Love the buzz of a busy service? We're on the lookout for a

Duty Manager

to keep the energy high, lead from the front, and make sure every guest leaves wowed.

If successful, training will take place at our neighbouring site,

The Hunloke Arms in Chesterfield

- ready for launch!

What you'll be doing:

Being the face of the pub on your shifts

- setting the tone, the service standards, and the atmosphere.

Leading and motivating

the team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

Rolling up your sleeves and

getting stuck in

-- from shaking cocktails and pouring pints, to running food and chatting with guests.

Supporting senior managers

in daily operations, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Coaching and developing

your team, boosting skills, confidence, and fun on shift.

Taking ownership

of shift standards, problem-solving on the go, and keeping the vibe alive.

Who We're Looking For

A positive, energetic personality

who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.

Someone with

experience leading teams

-- maybe as a bartender, supervisor, or team leader -- who's ready to take the next step.

A natural role model

, confident in setting standards and inspiring others.
