The Role:

We're looking for a confident, hands-on

Duty Manager

to help lead the daily operations across both Franks and The Blue Room. You'll be a key point of contact on shift -- supporting the front-of-house team, keeping service running smoothly, and making sure guests have a brilliant experience, every time.

What You'll Do:

Oversee service in both the restaurant and cocktail bar Support and motivate the front-of-house team during busy shifts Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation Troubleshoot issues and keep calm under pressure Open and close the venue as required, including cash handling and reporting Work closely with the management team to implement systems and drive service standards Help with staff training and support day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant, bar, or hybrid venue) A natural people person who leads by example Strong communication and problem-solving skills A cool head in a busy, fast-paced environment A love for good food, great drinks, and great service Must be organised, reliable, and confident handling responsibility Personal Licence (desirable but not essential)
