We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the culinary or hospitality industry. This role requires a focus on food safety, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of food production and service. The Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient kitchen environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control and consistency in all dishes served.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Develop and implement training programmes for new staff members on culinary techniques and safety protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques is required.
Previous experience in bartending or supervising kitchen staff is advantageous.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
