Recruiting Restaurant Duty Manager for Central City Centre Restaurant.
Monteiths restaurant is located on the busy royal mile, offering the best of local Scottish produce and sourced from renowned suppliers across the country. We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team.
The main duties of the role are
Inspire a passion for delivering great service and culture within your team.
Develop, coach and support members of your team to deliver excellent standards of service, and lead by example.
Work with your AM & GM to deliver on targets and company standards, to ensure the restaurant is always ready for the peak trade periods!
Experience in 5Restaurants is preferable as is an eye for detail, the drive & ambition to improve the customer feedback & experience and food quality. Cooking from scratch experience only as we use the finest Scottish Ingredients to create satisfying flavour combinations to entice our customers back again & again.

As well as having a professional experience in;
Running service in a busy fast paced hospitality environment
Leading the team, as shift manager, opening & closing the venue
Completing daily site compliance checks & cash up
