We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our local pub Bar Bliss. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards while managing effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the bar Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service Monitor staff performance and provide training as necessary Assist in scheduling and staff management Maintain compliance with licensing and health and safety regulations Ensure the bar is well-maintained and presented to customers at all times
Qualifications
Bar Management experience is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 5 years experience Must have RTW for UK
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
