About the Role:

As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of service. You'll support and motivate the team, handle guest queries, and take ownership of shifts to ensure every customer leaves with a great impression of The LAB.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring excellent service and atmosphere. Oversee daily operations including opening, closing, and cash handling. Assist in stock management and ordering. Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company policies. Act as the first point of contact for staff and guests during your shift. Work closely with the management team to drive sales, standards, and staff development.

About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills. A hands-on approach with great problem-solving ability. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate a team.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
