We're looking for an experienced (1 year minimum), hands-on duty manager who leads by example and can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, experience in food service, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
You will be responsible for opening and closing the building, daily admin tasks, cashing up, managing the online diary and overseeing the daily operations of the business as well as running a service and managing the team.
With a busy schedule and Christmas ahead, we're looking for someone who can confidently lead the team, multi-task and problem solve all while maintaining a cool head.
We are open 7 days a week from midday until midnight (1am Friday and Saturdays) with food service running until 9pm. Shifts are 5 days over 7 with a mix of morning, mid and evening shifts.

What you need to have:
Food service and bar experience including cocktails and coffee
Management experience (1 year minimum)
Ability to manage a diverse team
Excellent verbal communication with both guests and staff
Solid knowledge of Scottish licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain calm during busy periods
Computer literate and Social Media savvy
