About Us:



The Eagle Lodge has been part of the local community since 1958. Today the venue comprises of the Oregano restaurant, large outdoor terrace and multiple function suites which cater for weddings, celebrations and other family gatherings.

The Role:



Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, bar and events, in terms of quality and compliance. To coach, support, develop and inspire the team to consistently deliver the best hospitality experience.

Skills & Experience Relevant Experience:



Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Willingness to learn, develop & assume more responsibility. Lead, coach, support and develop a team to succeed in their role. Strong organisation and delegation skills. The ability to be multi-skilled and adaptable to the demands of the business. Customer focused and driven to instill the same attitude and values in the team. Resilience to working in a fast-paced environment. Confident managing challenging situations and guest complaints. Keen eye for detail and standards. Passionate and knowledgable food & beverage trends, contributing to the team. Opening & closing duties.
