Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to deliver excellent customer service and hospitality in a fast paced environment?? We are looking to expand our Management Team and seeking an experienced and motivated Full time Duty Manager. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in Hospitality Management and be available to work 5 days a week with shifts varying during weekdays/evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate and manage daily front of house and back of house staff.

- Lead and support staff to maintain high service standards and team morale.

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.

- Opening and closing procedures, key holder, cash handling.

- Being a first point of contact for all visitors, taking payments and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a managerial, supervisor, or similar hospitality position.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer first attitude.

- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities under pressure.

- Availability to work various shifts including, week days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

.

Rate of pay is dependant on experience.
