We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations in our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hotel industry, demonstrating exceptional team management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Duty Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of the operation run smoothly, from reception to bartending, while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the reception area, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Manage and lead the team, providing support and guidance to staff members in their roles. Oversee food and beverage to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Assist in bartending duties as required, crafting beverages with attention to detail. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain cleanliness and organisation. Train new staff on operational procedures, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the hotel and hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience in bartending and food service is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and organisation.
