We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Duties
Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Provide outstanding guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Assist with human resources functions, including training new employees and conducting performance evaluations.
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and operational issues for review.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Background in guest services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with human resources processes is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
