Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, full time and permanent Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, bartending, catering, or restaurant services. This position involves customer interaction and supporting the Manager with running the restaurant. Pay is 40k OTE

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Oversee staff training and manage team efficiency
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at the front end
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, bartending, catering, or restaurant industry is preferred

-Confidence ion resolving customers complaints

-Very good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of Italian food preparation techniques is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
