An amazing opportunity has opened up to join the management team in NQ64 Soho, located in the heart of London! We're looking for a duty manager to come in and elevate the team by pushing both themselves and the team to be better. We are a busy venue, open 7 days a week, providing the best standards and quality to our guests!

Here at NQ64 with currently 13 sites and growing we're all about Booze, Beats and Button Bashing. The bars are neon spattered pure good vibes, serving f*%king mad drinks with iconic retro games and a classic hip hop soundtrack. This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality drinks and brilliant service and will suit a hands-on individual with a team-focused attitude.

Job Role includes but not limited to

Keyholder responsibilities, opening & closing the venue. Ensuring brand standards are upheld and responsible for delivering an awesome guest experience. Training & coaching of team members. Hands-on management, directly involved with service when on duty. Replying to reviews in a professional manor. Be keen to learn every aspect of running an NQ64 site along side the AGM, GM and other DMs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Essential:

Being a 'sound', genuine & friendly person, with a good work ethic.

Experience in wet led hospitality business in a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager role.

The ability to work independently & take initiative. Strong leadership skills. Dedication & love for the job, venue & team. Comfortable in a wet-led operation, with a strong focus on amazing service. Ability to safely travel to and from work despite the late hours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fully flexible. Will be required to work weekends and late nights. Ability to take charge of running the bar & bartenders to create a smooth running operation.
Preferable:

Personal License holder. Strong background of cocktail knowledge and ability.

The important bits

Salary 36,000. Can be up to 40,000 including tips! Fortnightly pay. 40 hour week, Predominately a 4 day working week. 50% discount on bevs & crisps. Free retro arcade & console gaming.
