NQ64 Northern Quarter is on the lookout for a new Duty Manager to join our team.What we offer:

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1+ year(s) experience as a supervisor, duty manager, assistant or entry-level bar manager; you'll have already been a key holder for another business.

An ideal role for someone with a few years experience under their belt and ready for the next step in their career; a role to develop their people and venue management skills, and to really hone in on what it takes to be a great manager.

Being a DM at NQ64 isn't just being a bartender that does a cash up and has keys.Sure you will be expected to make drinks, but also to spend time on the floor with guests, driving the team and helping develop ideas to grow the business.

If you only love making drinks this probably isn't the role for you.we're looking for someone that cares about the guests and has a real passion for creating memorable experiences.
