To Be Frank is a brand new bar opening soon in the heart of the Northern Quarter. We're all about great drinks, good music and the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to stay for a few more. We are looking for a duty manager who can help lead our team, know their stuff, love what they do and want to be part of something new.

Pay - 14ph + TRONC

This is a full time contract with hours ranging for 35 - 45 hours a week, shift times vary between 12pm - 4am so the candidate must be prepared for regular late finishes. This is a hands on role with the majority of your time leading from the front on the bar.

What we are looking for

+ Experienced manager in previous leadership positions, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

+ Ability to lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

+ Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all departments adhere to company standards and policies.

+ Collaborate with other management team members to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

+ Previous leadership position experience

What you'll be doing

Leading and running our bars, liaising with the general manager, pouring pints, mixing drinks, serving customers, keeping the place looking sharp and running smooth. We want people who care about the details; the pour, the service, the playlist and who bring good energy to every shift.
