Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our community pub and restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hospitality experience and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments - Supervise staff members across various departments, providing guidance and support - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Coordinate with different departments to maintain high standards of service delivery
Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Excellent problem-solving abilities
