Salary 35k-37k (OTE)

(Salary 32k+ as basic, depending on experience, plus 3k TRONC annually)

What You'll Do

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in both our

Bar and Restaurant operations

, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:


Overseeing day-to-day operations in the Bar & Restaurant Driving guest satisfaction and team performance Leading and developing team members, including Team Coaches and Head Bartenders/Servers Managing rotas, stock control, ordering, and sales performance Delivering training and appraisals to nurture future leaders Supporting other departments with an open mind to further your career progression

Proven leadership in a high-volume hospitality setting Strong operational knowledge of bar and restaurant service A hands-on, inspiring leader who builds strong teams Passion for hospitality, training, and guest experience Ambition to grow within a company that values development
