Duty Manager

to join the company as we enter an exciting period of growth and play a key role in the running of

. The ideal candidate would be highly organised, thrive under pressure and great with communicating to other managers and team members.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you the Duty Manager will be responsible for aspects of running the site, managing the team, driving sales and ensuing we hit targets. As well as all aspects of stock control and training.

Main Roles include;

- To be a positive and passionate leader and role model to all managers and staff, who can train and motivate a large team to deliver and maintain our high standards and exceptional experience to all guests

- Work alongside the senior management team to help run shifts and oversee daily operations ensuring employee productivity and high standards in customer service at all times.

- Work alongside other managers to train and motivate team members.

- Ensuring the team has been trained to provide a high standard of customer service and drinks to company standard.

- Working senior management team to assist with recruitments and training.

- Building a close relationship with bar supervisors to ensure all bars run smoothly and efficiently and be able to communicate down to team members about any new food or drink products.

- Work closely with bar supervisors and management team to identify the team needs by holding regular training sessions and taking part in team appraisals.

- Be able to take responsibility while on shifts and delegate roles in your designated section while on shift and communicate adequately with other management team while doing so.

- Be keen to learn new skills and take ownership of your own training and development within the company.

Must Have

- Personal license

- 2 years minimum experience in hospitality

- 1 year experience in management or bar manager role

Preferred

- First aid certificate

- Experience managing small team

- Bar and cocktail experience

- Knowledge of cash management

- Knowledge of stock control
