Duty Manager Position at Stack Newcastle

Danieli Group is a leading company in the leisure and entertainment industry, known for owning and operating a wide range of venues in the North East. As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for an experienced, determined, and high-performing Duty Managers to join our team.

Role Overview

As the Duty Manager of Stack Newcastle, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will help oversee all operational aspects of the site, assist the GM in leading our team, drive sales, and ensure we meet our targets. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and excels in communication with both managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Training:

Act as a positive leader and role model. Train and motivate our large team to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Business Management:

Confidently manage all aspects of a complex business,

Guest Relations: Manager guest feedback and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Promotional Activities: Implement and drive promotional activities to boost venue visibility and attract more guests.

Requirements

Must Have

At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality.

A minimum of 1 years as a Duty Manager in a high-volume venue.

Preferred:

Driving license.

First aid training certificate.

Experience with Zonal operational systems.
