About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
Support with training and development of staff
Handle cashing up, stock control, and compliance checks
Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
About You

Have previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (bar, restaurant, or hotel)
Are confident, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure
Have a passion for people, food, and great service
Are a strong communicator and natural team leader
Are flexible and happy to work evenings and weekends
