This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our golf and hospitality operations. You'll lead from the front, inspiring the Food & Beverage team, delivering high service standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team, ensuring high standards of service and team performance. Support the Site Manager in delivering business plans and achieving revenue and cost efficiency targets. Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and financial reporting. Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively, balancing service quality with budgetary control. Deliver excellent hospitality across all areas - from casual dining to events and conferences. Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations. Introduce new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality management. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, margins, and stock. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. A hands-on approach to operations and team management. Solid understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations. Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A Personal Licence is highly desirable.
