What we are looking for in our managers:

Previous experience working in a fast paced restaurant environment. Background in good standard establishments. Sales and Guest focused personality. Good understanding of restaurant economics and a keen driver of internal and external sales. Can commute to or live locally to Stirling Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of service. Drive sales initiatives by promoting menu items and upselling to enhance revenue. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
