Duty Managers wanted at Powerleague




Role Purpose




To support the overall management of the club and to take full responsibility in the absence of the Club Manager (CM) and Assistant Manager (AM).


To ensure high standards are met in all operational areas of the club, whilst also delivering outstanding customer service to all our visitors. Ensure all enquiries and bookings are managed, resulting in sales, increased revenues and repeat business where possible.


The Essence of the Role




Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -




Operations




Support CM and AM in the management of the club, taking full responsibility in their absence. Maintain knowledge of all promotional activities, across all products to support with sales generation. Work with the team to drive growth of the club to meet quarterly targets. Provide correct and up to date information to customer enquiries, encouraging sales when possible. Assist in administration and control of cash handling. Demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple functions in accordance with the needs of the business. Undertake administrative tasks providing handover as required to the management team. Manage requests from our support office team, providing information or feedback as requested. Report and provide daily updates to the Regional Operations Manager, as required.

Deliver outstanding customer service, at all times. Meet and greet customers with a friendly, approachable and polite manner. Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety. Deal with challenging situations by demonstrating empathy and understanding, being empowered to make a decision to resolve. Place the customer at the heart of everything you do. Take feedback from customers on board and feed this back to your line manager.

Team




Share your knowledge and any key learnings with the team. Be involved and actively contribute at team meetings. Build and maintain good relationships with all team members. Be willing to take on jobs to support your team members.

Finance



Maintain up to date knowledge of weekly figures and performance against targets.
