As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for guests. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilise your leadership and team management skills to supervise staff and maintain high standards of hospitality. Your proficiency in time management and basic math will support efficient operations. You will also be responsible for cash management responsibilities, and opening/closing the operating businesses.
