What You'll Be Doing:

As our

Duty Manager

, you'll be the heartbeat of the pub. Here's what a typical day looks like:

Leading and Inspiring

- You'll keep the team motivated and ready to deliver top-notch service.

Hands-On Work

- From mixing signature cocktails, running food, speaking to customers to keeping the day to day smooth and fun.

Setting the Vibe

- Be the standard of service and atmosphere, so every shift is memorable.

Team Coaching

- Support the growth of your team's skills, confidence, and fun factor.

Collaborating with Managers

- Work with senior staff to make smart moves and keep things fresh.
