We're now on the lookout for a

Duty Manager

to help lead our front-of-house operations. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience - from managing bookings and game sessions to ensuring service runs smoothly and guests leave with a smile. You'll play a key role in energising the team, maintaining high service standards, and setting the tone for a welcoming, social atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead by example in delivering warm, engaging, and professional service

Supervise the team across bar and floor, check-ins, reservations, and game coordination

Oversee guest flow across the venue, ensuring bookings and sessions run seamlessly

Set up and monitor games, helping guests get started and keeping energy levels high

Support the wider floor and bar team when needed, including taking orders and serving drinks

Act as the first point of contact for guest queries or issues, resolving them promptly and professionally

Assist with training and supporting new team members

Monitor POS transactions and ensure accurate handling of bookings and payments

Help maintain venue standards, ensuring the space is tidy, presentable, and guest-ready at all times

Support with opening/closing duties, stock checks, and team coordination as required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a hospitality or guest-facing leadership role

A confident, hands-on approach and the ability to keep calm in a lively, fast-paced setting

Great communication and customer service skills - you know how to make people feel welcome

Experience managing bookings, guest check-ins, and floor operations

A team player who enjoys supporting and motivating others

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times

A genuine passion for hospitality, games, and creating memorable experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
