What YOU offer:

Previous supervisory/management experience (preferably within the hospitality industry).

Motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Career driven with a view to advance within a growing company.

Passion for delivering great hospitality and providing guests with the ultimate experience.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the bar and floor team.

Excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of shifts and maintaining a fun and exciting bar atmosphere.

Confidence to effectively train the team on Sixes processes.

Ability to communicate in friendly and efficient manner to both guests and teammates.

Thorough attention to detail and ability to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.

Ability to manage stock and procurement effectively and efficiently.

Passion for working within a team to ensure guests receive the best service possible.
