What You'll Do

As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, leading shifts and ensuring the smooth operation of all front-of-house activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching, and motivating the front-of-house and bar team Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times Managing stock, cash handling, and daily operational tasks Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in meeting business goals Upholding licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards Dealing with customer feedback professionally and efficiently
What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy bar, pub, or late-night venue A confident leader with strong communication and people skills Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights
