Job Title: Duty Manager/Chargehand - Chinaskis

Hours:

30-40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced duty manager with a strong attention to detail and a passion for great drinks We're looking for a skilled and reliable full-time team member to join our bar.

Responsibilities:

Mix and serve cocktails to our guests Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean and organised bar Support the team during busy brunch hours and cocktail service Run a shift to the highest standards Place daily orders to ensure the bar is fully stocked Carry out cash ups Comfortably open and set up the venue for service Close the venue down to a high standard

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cocktail bartender Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Weekend availability is a must Experience running a shift in a similar venue Good understanding of cash up & ordering procedures A passion for food, drink, and creating a great guest experience
