Duty Manager

who can lead from the front, keep service running smoothly, and help drive the bar's continued success.

What you'll do:

Run shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. Support the management team with training, motivating, and developing staff. Maintain high standards of cocktails, service, and atmosphere. Handle stock management, cashing up, and daily reports. Be a visible, hands-on leader during busy nights.
About you:

Previous supervisory or duty management experience in a busy cocktail or late-night bar. Strong cocktail and drinks knowledge, with a genuine passion for hospitality. Calm and confident under pressure - you enjoy a busy bar environment. Reliable, responsible, and a great communicator. Team-focused, with the ability to motivate and support staff.

Pay: 12.50-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
