Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at Rustik. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests enjoy the best possible experience while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and leadership to our vibrant environment. We are seeking an individual that has come from a fast paced cafe environment and that can work well under pressure. Being able to work a coffee machine and high standard of latte art is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage staff schedules and provide training to team members. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu ideas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking. Excellent team management abilities and leadership skills. Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service best practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Barista trained to a high level Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with in a brunch cafe
