We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious hospitality proffesional to join our team, whether you're a supervisor looking to take the next step up the hopsitality ladder or an experienced manager looking for your next challenge we would like to hear from you.

We are a busy Italian Inspired Restaurant with adjoining bar; The Balcony and a third nearby site; The Cellar Speakeasy, Ideally we are looking for somebody with team leader experience, somebody who possesses attention to detail, somebody with a passion for the industry and an aim to better themselves and grow within the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience running a busy restaurant shift overseeing a team of 4-10 front of house staff, the ability to liaise with the kitchen and head chef, sound knowledge of steps of service as we aim to continue our recognition of being No.1 on tripadvisor within the area and somebody who can manage and work on a very busy bar and deal with the fast paced environment and pressure well.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;

- Opening The Premises

- Cashing up and Locking Up.

- Assisting with drink and non consumable orders.

-Key Line Stock Counts.

-Cellar Management

-Staff Training

-Organising Events

-Participating in Management Meetings

-Function Coordination.

- Ensuring the cleanliness of the building and safety of customers and other staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
