your role would include but is not limited too;

Being an exceptional Manager and people person with a hands on approach Providing outstanding service to guests - regular & new alike Working throughout the venue from the bar, restaurant & hotel Checking guests into and out of the hotel, giving an exceptional welcome as first impressions count! Cashing up & reporting at the end of the night to the General Manager & Director Sending/replying to emails in a prompt and accurate manor Being responsible for the venue on your shifts To assign duties & responsibilities to colleagues & assist the housekeeping colleagues in their duties Drive service & maintain our highest standards of service - including training your team to deliver outstanding service Advising customers on wine selection, Overseeing client bookings & reservations Organising the daily & weekly rotas for the Restaurant's team Have an ability to create a great atmosphere & unforgettable dining experiences
We have a very exciting opportunity to join our team here at The Pickled Parson, Candidates should of course be aware that our predominant working times are evenings, weekends and will include some overnight stays for the hotel.

Pay: 25,500.00-26,500.00 per year
