Well-known for it's exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere, The Bottle & Glass pub (NG23 7EB) in Harby village (close to Lincoln City & Newark) is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities



Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high standards. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall performance.

Skills & Experience:



- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- A passion for providing fantastic customer service

- Well-presented and punctual

- A hard working and positive attitude

- Experience managing or supervising a team (minimum 1 year)

- Previous Bar & FOH experience required (minimum 3 years)

-Cellar experience preferred.

Hours will vary on a rota basis. Must be available to work Evenings, Bank Holidays and Weekends.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: Minimum 12 -40 a week open to discussion part time /full time

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high standards. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall performance.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Experience:

Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred) Supervising experience: 1 year (required) Hospitality: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
