Duties

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop effective strategies for client representation. Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law that may impact clients.

Requirements

Qualified Duty Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficient in legal research tools and software. A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
