We are seeking a dedicated and skilled duty Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of legal principles. As a Solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in various legal matters, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and case law.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.
Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect clients' interests.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
