About Us

Spanning the historic streets of the "city of dreaming spires," the University of Oxford has been ranked the world's leading university for nine consecutive years. A place where centuries of tradition meet world-changing innovation, we offer you the chance to shape the future while working in an inspiring environment that promotes excellence. Here, you'll contribute to ground-breaking research that tackles global challenges -- from advancing sustainability to pioneering healthcare solutions -- and join a diverse, inclusive community that champions your wellbeing, development, and aspirations. Apply now to become part of our extraordinary legacy.

What We Offer

Working at the University of Oxford offers several exclusive benefits, such as:
38 days of annual leave (inclusive of public holidays) to support your wellbeing, with the option to purchase up to 10 extra days and additional leave after long service. One of the most generous family leave schemes in UK higher education, offering up to 26 weeks of full-pay maternity and adoption leave, plus 12 weeks of full-pay paternity/partner leave. A commitment to hybrid and flexible working to suit your lifestyle. An excellent contributory pension scheme. Affordable and sustainable commuting options, including a cycle loan scheme, discounted bus travel, and season ticket loans. Access to a vibrant community through our social, cultural, and sports clubs.

About the Role

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Support Analyst to join our Software Solutions Group within central IT Services. You'll play a crucial role in enabling staff across the University to use Dynamics 365 -- with a focus on Customer Service and Marketing modules -- effectively and efficiently. This user-facing role is all about unlocking value from the platform, promoting best practice, and supporting continuous improvement. You'll work closely with product owners, analysts, and developers to triage issues, contribute to roadmap development, and champion good user experience. You'll help shape user requirements, provide tailored guidance, and contribute to documentation and training that supports self-service and learning. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others use technology well and is keen to grow their skills in Microsoft cloud tools. You'll also contribute to Agile ceremonies, evaluate new features, and support our wider digital transformation goals. While you don't need to be a developer, familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power Pages, or Dataverse will be valuable.

About You

We're looking for someone who can bring the following:
Experience supporting enterprise applications, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform tools (e.g. Power Automate, Customer Service, Marketing). Confidence in working with cloud-based systems and understanding concepts like user access and environment settings. Excellent organisational skills and a user-focused mindset. A commitment to clear documentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
