Job title: Infor M3 Functional Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Infor M3 Functional Analyst for a future role to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a deep functional understanding of M3 business processes along with technical acumen in platforms such as Infor CloudSuite, MEC, ION, BODs, Smart Office, and M3 Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications. Configure and support modules across Infor M3 Cloud Suite, leveraging: M3 Adaptation Kit (MAK) for functional extensions and adaptations LifeCycle Manager (LCM) for environment management Infor M3 Smart Office and H5 Client for end-user accessibility Infor Go Mobile Application for mobile process support Analyze and design integrations using: M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC) Infor ION, ION Grid, and ION API Gateway Business Object Documents (BODs) for data exchange Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows using Infor Workflow Designer. Support and guide business users on usage and insights using: Infor M3 Analytics and Birst dashboards and KPIs Perform functional testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in functional configuration and support of Infor M3 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). Hands-on experience with Infor Cloud Suite and cloud-based ERP environments. Proficiency in utilizing Infor ION, MEC, and BODs for functional integration workflows. Knowledge of Infor Smart Office, H5 Client, and Go Mobile Application. Familiarity with Infor M3 Analytics, Birst, and Workflow Designer. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in ERP support scenarios. Infor certifications in functional or cloud technologies. Experience in multi-tenant cloud environments. Exposure to cross-functional business processes in manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
