As a Dynamics Technologist, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for banking operations. You will work closely with business and technical teams to automate processes, enhance customer relationship management (CRM), and ensure seamless integration with core banking systems. This role requires deep knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and banking workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).
Develop integrations between Dynamics and banking systems (e.g., core banking, loan management).
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable Dynamics solutions.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in CRM workflows, plugins, and custom development.
Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, APIs).
