Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, optimising product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and data analysis to drive sales growth and improve brand visibility.

Responsibilities



Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media promotions. Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to online purchases to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve processes.

Requirements



Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques including SEO/SEM strategies. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: 25,573.00-28,000.00 per year
