Process and monitor online sales orders across Shopify platforms
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with internal teams or third-party logistics.
Handle customer service queries via email, chat, or social media.
Track sales, returns, and inventory discrepancies using internal tools.
Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Generate sales reports and performance summaries as needed.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across the online store, including product images and SEO.
Support the e-commerce team with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce, retail, or sales support role.
Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms) is a strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory systems, and customer service practices.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite.
Knowledge of basic SEO and digital marketing principles.
Graphic design or photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product content.
