Proven experience in EAM or CMMS software (Ultimo, Maximo, Infor, SAP PM, etc.) implementation or consulting. Strong grasp of asset management principles, reliability practices, and maintenance planning. Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from requirements through to deployment. Technical exposure to SQL/reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, etc.) and system integrations.
